My name is Emir — I'm a certified yoga teacher and breathwork coach with over a decade of meditation practice and more than five years of yoga experience.Before I discovered yoga and meditation, I was stressed, anxious, and disconnected. Do I need to be experienced in yoga or meditation?
Not at all. This program is designed for men of all levels. We begin with foundational practices, allowing everyone to follow along with ease.
What if I don't have much time?
All you need is one 75-minute session each week and a short 5–15-minute daily practice to experience the benefits.
What if I miss a session?
No problem. Let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll reschedule.
Do I need any special equipment?

My path into yoga began unexpectedly in 2014 after a frightening LSD experience left me with intense anxiety. Desperate for relief, I tried meditation, and during my very first session, I experienced a deep stillness that cut through the fear. That moment changed everything.Since then, meditation has become a foundational daily practice. Over the years, it has meaningfully reduced my anxiety, deepened my sense of equanimity and peace, and expanded my self-awareness.Years later, while volunteering at a meditation retreat, I met a fellow volunteer and former inmate who shared how yoga and meditation had transformed his life. That conversation inspired me to dedicate my life to sharing these practices with others.Today, I’m a certified Yoga Teacher and men's Wellness Coach with over a decade of daily practice. I guide men through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork practices — not as rituals of escape but as disciplines for cultivating physical strength, mental and emotional clarity and greater awareness.
